It's nothing to do with the program.
He has had OP. Groin issues are tough to get over and create other leg issues.
He is underdone - simply.
Same thing happened to young last year.
That's why players need a full uninterrupted pre season to perform at their best .

Properly managed game time this year will help him build into 2015. Was only tight in the hammy so good management suggests holding him over. |
