He was at Vic Park today but dressed in civvies and sat with his family high up in the Sherrin Stand.

Withdrawn from VFL side.

Highly doubt it means he'll be playing seniors tomorrow though.

My mail is hamstring. He definitely won't be playing seniors if that's the case.

Where exactly are you getting this mail from?

If true it looks like another Friday training special for the pies.

Yippee.

Not!

I was at the ground for the first half, spoke to someone at 1/4 time who gave me the mail.

Karnezis apparently did his hammy yesterday (score another one to Friday training, that's 5 in a row now) while Marsh reportedly did a hammy at the end of the game... Evil or Very Mad

From the VFL thread.

Ok that's it what the hell is up with our training program?

It's bloody amateur hour.

The last time a club had a run like this it was Essendon in "the weapon" era.

Shocked

It's nothing to do with the program.
He has had OP. Groin issues are tough to get over and create other leg issues.
He is underdone - simply.
Same thing happened to young last year.
That's why players need a full uninterrupted pre season to perform at their best .

So he just should call the Season Off and get Ready for Season 2015?

Properly managed game time this year will help him build into 2015. Was only tight in the hammy so good management suggests holding him over.

Yes only a minor strain, will play VFL next week, seems in good spirits and is over the moon to be home in more sense than one.
