Gee if Palmer has done his ACL that's a tragedy for the Cards who are having a deserved excellent season. Can't see them being as dangerous offensively without him, they should still make the playoffs but unfortunately won't be considered the same force they were pre the Carson injury. _________________ A Collingwood supporter since the egg was inseminated. |

All to easy for the Packers at the moment - 14 zip at the moment and unless the Bears find their offensive mojo real soon this game could be dead by half time. _________________ A Collingwood supporter since the egg was inseminated. |

I don't know what the rule is for the Bears on kick returns but I was always told if the ball is caught in the end zone then unless you can get it back to the 20 yard line (which is where the spot is for a knee down in the end zone) then don't return the ball. I've seen 2 kickoffs received by the Bears both in the end zone and both returned, neither return has reached the 20 yard line. _________________ A Collingwood supporter since the egg was inseminated. |

Wow now that's some bad secondary coverage.
21 to nil.
The Bears can't stop the run and definitely can't stop the pass I really don't see how they can win this game, or even get remotely close, from this point.
P4S must be a very happy cheesehead _________________ A Collingwood supporter since the egg was inseminated. |

At least I now know what the Bears are trying to achieve during this game...on defense worst or best, depending on how you view it, blown coverage for the entire league during an NFL season and on offense most inaccurate passing for a game combined with fewest rushing yards.
Given what I've seen so far all these could be achieved during this game.
In all honesty I hope the Bears can find something and make a game of this, though P4S would strongly disagree _________________ A Collingwood supporter since the egg was inseminated. |

If I can find the vision to post for that last TD you would see how to play a screen pass offensively and how not to play a screen pass defensively.
I can honestly see the Packers benching Rodgers after halftime, given the score line it'd make no sense to risk an injury to your most important player when you have the luxury to track suit him and wrap him in bubble wrap. _________________ A Collingwood supporter since the egg was inseminated. |

Oh man Cutler has got to stand up in that situation and not take the flop sack...going for it on 4th down and he just eats grass without really taking a hit. _________________ A Collingwood supporter since the egg was inseminated. |

In fairness to the Bears secondary that was one hell of a reception by Cobbs, and that's probably underselling it, and it gives Rodgers his 6th TD for the game and it isn't even halftime yet.
From purely a selfish point of view I hope the Packers don't bench him because he could have one of the best passing games in NFL history if he stays under centre, but I just can't see him being risked. _________________ A Collingwood supporter since the egg was inseminated. |

So, is the record 7 tds thrown by a QB in a game? Just before half-time and young Rodgers has thrown 6. Yes, 6 - and that's despite Cobb fumbling one reception at the Chicago 3-yard line and Rodgers failing to complete 6 of his passes - lucky he's throwing a TD every third completion so far, or his side might be struggling. Pack leading 42:0. |

In fact, the Pack's scoring appears to be doubling each quarter. 2 TDs in the first, 4 in the second. Does this mean 8 in the 3rd and 16 in the 4th?
I'm just asking. |

And just as we were reaching for the record-books, the Pack took A-Rod out of the game early in the third quarter. He had a bye last week, so I reckon that's what the fans and Lambeau wanted to see - Rodgers having another rest.

Yet Green Bay now lead 55:7, on the back of an 82 yard interception TD return by Hayward. |
