Brown is the Premiership FB and has Re-Signed for 3 Seasons and done okay but now you have Frost has come in and looked very good and has shut down Buddy and Danhier. He is also a Hard Tackler.

So who do you want at FB and who’s Better?

Brown, comfortably. A better one on one defender and needed against stronger forwards (Hawkins, Schultz, Roughead...).

They'll both be in the team anyway. Brown as full back and Frost as the second tall. The plan, at this stage, is still to play Reid forward.

I see Frost ultimately being a long term replacement for Maxwell.

Not if he develops into a midfielder.

I'll take Pert!

Seriously though, Brown has the runs on the board. Frost has been good but it's only a matter of time before Brown gets back into the senior team. Might not be Frost who makes way though.

Keeffe, Langdon, Maxwell... think with Frost and Brown they're the guys who'll make up the med-tall to tall defenders, at least till Scharenberg gets on the park. Given we generally play with a +1 it's even possible all of them can line up together with Tooves and Williams.

Poll lacks the horses for courses option.

Brown to play on gorilla types while Frost takes care of more agile forwards.

Reid is still recovering from a calf, Brown from a shoulder.
Brown takes a while to hit his straps after an injury while Reids calf (an older players injury) will require a lot of monitoring a special training and playing loads.
Maxy, Harry aren't getting any younger either meaning that the make-up of the back 1/2 is going to decided on who's fit to play (and in form) on the day.

Personally, I think Frost is the future and as long as his forms holds I'd play him, ahead of Brown Keefe and Langdon.
