Fingers crossed that our curse is over, and it's looking really good for the second half of the year. Heaps of headaches for the selection committee and a pretty awesome VFL team.

Broomhead had a broken hand originally but now he's listed as having shin splints.

Christ even our injured players get injured.

C'mon, swoop42, be a bit more positive - what I took from that is that Broomy hasn't yet lost his legs, even if they're injured.

Don't worry swoop, I think what they meant to say is he has a splinter in his shin Laughing

3 weeks for Freeman? That was done in a pre season match, wasn't it? It must be going on ten weeks then. And Juddy is trying to get back in 4

Scans showed Freeman had also damaged a tendon attached to the hammy, that is why it is taking longer and club is erring on the side of caution.

Have to say I'd almost forgotten about Seedsman. Will be great to have him back in the side.

And Broomhead looks a similar type too. Instead of just Young, having Seedsman, Broomhead and Young fighting for a spot or two as the outside runner from the half back or wing, boosts or run potential significantly.

Looking forward to Broomhead hopefully getting a decent run with no injuries to show us what he can do.

Oxley is the other.
