It is very nice to have you visiting VPT Dave - you should drop by more often.

Spot On. I thought Private School/Unis got no Government Funding and that is why they are called Private and Not Public Schools

they do get some funding and rightly so, all kids are entitled to a free education, if private schools got all their funds from the people who's kids go there, there would not be many kids in private, or even semi (ie religious etc) private schools.
We pay taxes too ya no!

No matter what, every child in Australia is entitled to an education. I agree that public schools need more funding, but private schools should be entitled to a small amount of government funding as well. That's just my opinion.
