Hoping for some leniency for Marley when he is sentenced tomorrow .... hoping for a suspended sentence so we can see him, sooner rather than later, in the black and white again ....

Why are you hoping for some leniency for Marley and the Collingwood Football Club when he is sentenced.

Best of luck Marley.

Lets hope the learned judge is well rested over the Easter break & thinks more of Easter Sunday than Good Friday. when determining your sentence.

Would love to have you back in the team as soon as possible.

All the best Marley.
Can't see how any custodial sentence would be called justice.
Either way hell continue to get my support and I look forward to his next game in the black and white.

I'm already resigned to the fact he won't play this year. Even if he's lucky enough to get 6 months, that's still season over. It'd be great if he could at least get an uninterrupted pre season in for 2015. Here's hoping.

I'm almost certain he will play this year. Very unlikely to get 6 months.

Really? I'd be amazed if he got no time with a guilty conviction. I thought that was a rarity for GBH? Only happened once, did I read? $%$ed if I know!

I wouldn't know either. Previous post was probably more out of positive thinking than anything. I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

The kids from a minority and has an excellent chance at rehabilitation and he's pleading guilty.
A suspended sentence and community work is a possibility.
