Aussie skipper, Meg Lanning won the toss and elected to bowl first, in the final of the World T20.

England could only manage 8/105 from its 20 overs. Sarah Coyte took 3/16 and Ellyse Perry 2/13.

The Aussies (4/106) won easily, with 29 balls to spare. Lanning top scored with 44 from 30 balls. Perry was 31 n.o.

Not only did Australia successfully defend their title, they made it 3 in succession.
