Good riddance. Unbelievable that he was given 19 years to do his best to ruin the game. The improvement in umpiring this year speaks for itself.

Footy has been 50% better as a spectacle this season compared to the confusing mess it was during the first half of 2013.

These parting shots by Bartlett show that the arrogant, bitter gnome was hopelessly out of touch with what the football public wanted and clearly led an incompetent, self serving rules committee for the better part of two decades.
