Had Apple, went to Android, going straight back to Apple the minute this contract ends. Oh, how many things I took for granted. Sad

Apple, and I can't imagine living without an iPad. It is my web browser, book library, my newspaper reader, my phone, my guitar tuner, my music library, my serious calculator, email manager, banking manager, AFL live TV watcher, the thing I sling over the exercise bike so I can watch videos while sweating, my camera, mobile map, and even my where-did-I park the car finder. It's the dog's. My iPhone does pretty much the same things, the same way, but the big screen on the iPad is better for my ageing eyes.

Maybe android does all that, I don't know. But I like what I have too much to change.

I love love love love love my iPad! And the way you can make just about anything bigger to read with a couple of fingers, no need to go into the settings!
The latest update not so much! Though I'm getting used to the new start up method!

what model 7 is it?

"just how potentially dangerous is the Samsung Galaxy Note 7? So potentially dangerous it has to be sent back to the tech giant in fortress-like “return kit”.

Videos and reports of the smouldering phones have flooded the internet in recent weeks, promoting Samsung to halt their sales and urge owners to stop using them.

Those who need to send back a defective Note 7 are being provided with specially reinforced packaging which only highlights what a massive, massive debacle this is for Samsung.

Staff from XDA Developers, a mobile software development community, showed off the packaging they’d been given in an eye-opening YouTube video.

All you have to do is wrap the phone in a protective pocket, pop it into a box, then pop that box into a thermally insulated box designed specifically to contain damaged and defective lithium ion batteries.

Oh, and you’re also provided with a pair of gloves to handle your little firestarter.
Samsung describes the packaging as a “return kit”, a cute euphemism that’s a bit like calling a truck packed with revved-up murderers as a “transport wagon”.

“Next week: Samsung recalls explosion-proof packaging,” quipped a commenter on Reddit, where the XDA video was shared.

All Galaxy Note 7 owners have been advised to power down their devices and exchange them as soon as possible. It’s estimated the recall will cost the South Korean company more than $17 billion.

Android.

I find Apple has to much Control of your Phone.

I have a GB/C - GBA and NES Emulator on my Andriod but I could not do that on iPhone as Apple can just make that Emulator Not Work

Yeah the lack of a physical keyboard is a downside but it depends on what you're doing. Anything more than a sentence and I get frustrated with the on screen keyboard on a tablet but it's fine for short stuff. I've actually seen people typing documents on an iPad but I think they're insane for more than 1 reason.

Buy a Wireless Keyboard. As you can hook up thru Blue Ray or get a USB Adapter for Phone and Plug it in

I've got a bluetooth keyboard and mouse that can connect to my tablet or my phone if I need to do some typing. Only bought it a couple of months ago.
