We're sacking him after two years? |
Watters the player not the coach. |
That's an odd comparison. _________________ Well done boys! |

So, looks like or plays like? Because Watters is about 10cm shorter and nowhere near as quick as Freeman.
Freeman wasn't my first pick at 10, but of those who were left I think he was the best option. _________________ Well done boys! |

From what I've read opinions seem to be divided on him but having that ability to breakaway from the packs with explosive speed is a skill set that gives him a chance of making it at AFL level. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |

^^Yeah, 185 cm and 85kq. Like Scharenberg has an AFL ready body and barring injury you'd expect both to play significant games next season. _________________ Well done boys! |

Welcome to Collingwood Nathan
I must admit I was a big advocate for drafting Ben Lennon at pick 10 but I am still very satisfied with us selecting Nathan Freeman. He has plenty of pace to burn and that's something which we really need at the club, and in the process Nathan is also a good user of the ball and there's plenty of talent there to make him a very handy player in the future. I don't know about anyone else but he has that confident and tough look about him after seeing him receive his jumper from Bucks

Like Tannin stated he reminds me of Swan also with his skill set he's just more advanced at the same age. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |

He actually reminds me - now don't take this the wrong way Nicksters - he actually reminds me of someone who played in a Carlton jumper. There is something very familiar about the way he takes the ball, turns, and then explodes away with it out of the pack .... I just can't remember who, but it was one of those Carlton players you saw a lot of 'coz they got a lot of pill and made you pay and pay.
A bit of turn-about would be nice. _________________ Let's eat Grandma. Commas save lives! |

Watched a lot of him and I love him.
His grunt is so impressive, he is tough and quick, and a clearance king
Luke shuey all over, great pick up..
Kicking is the only thing that needs to be touched up _________________ They're home you would think, I know its a long way to go but their killing them now |

No, I like the pick, more than the other pick...going to be a good quick player... |
True and I think pace can be a two-edged sword because at junior levels it can be such an advantage that you don't have to develop other parts of your game.
Your Lokans and your Barhams had pace but they were not top ten draft picks. I'm glad we've invested in a pacy chassis instead of looking for quick but otherwise ordinary conveyances like we have in the past |
Ricky Barham had pace as well
