Still an interesting topic, I feel. Addiction's a difficult topic—it feels like we understand the idea of physical dependency, but mental dependency is a bit more complex.

Tannin went to the doctors last week. The doctor told him that he had to stop masturbating.
Tannin of course wanted to argue this, and proceeded to give the doctor a full on lecture about how masturbation was not harmful but beneficial. When he had finished his lecture, the doctor replied "I don't really care about any of that, you need to stop masturbating because I'm trying to give you a physical exam and it's frigging distracting"

Please define "excessive" in this context.
Would you say more than 28 hours per day was "excessive"? Or is it OK so long as you keep it down to under 17 days a week?
