I seen it but I don't believe it!!!!!

How hard and tough was that effort? Now THAT is how to play footy. Bring that next week and we might beat those poo stains.

Grundy you will be a star. I fear the umps are already looking for something to penalise him for every time with jumping a bit early just like they rape Jolls with body contact, hopefully the scumps leave him be to play.

Starting to get more from Marley, JT And Sinclair which is really making a difference to our ball movement. Bally tough as old nails in the packs, Keefe solid down back, Elliot doing his bit and Sidey starting to reap the benefit of having Beamer back.

I could go on and on about this performance but I must watch the replay.

March on yea 'ol mighties!

Very Proud of the boys. What a great team effort. Umpires wanted a Sydney win and are sadly disappointed.

One of the great wins. Sydney is the team that should go either one or two in the premiership, and we gave them four goals head start at home, then completely outclassed them. We've had our moments, and it's not perfect by any means, but this Collingwood team has given us enormous joy since 2007, and it's still giving - indeed, it may just be building again... I think the top four must be looking down and thinking "oh s**t"...

Sydney and Geelong would be worried for sure.

I couldn't tip them, great win and a solid performance. We looked intimated at first and steadied. Loved Bucks getting angry. Elliot is a credit to his mum. Josh Thomas slots into the midfield perfectly.

Thomas looks like a Sydney mid, and tonight he played like it. Ripping game. It was also good to see Elliott doing more of the hard stuff tonight, one of his better performances.

We're looking so much better with the likes of Sinclair, Goldsack, Williams down back. The more they're playing together the better our transition is getting. Maxwell's starting to work his way into form as well
.

Agree with all that.

Thomas showing why the club retained him on the list.

He should gain a lot of confidence from that performance against such a quality opposition and hopefully build on it.

Elliott needed to start working harder defensively and he did that tonight.

Hopefully tonight showed him that you can do all the little things and still have the opportunity to bring home the candy with high flying marks and clever goals.

If he can bring that effort most weeks the skys the limit.

Sinclair and Williams continue to impress as defensive options as well as providing effective rebound from defence.

Great win, best of the year agreed. The Geelong game was great, but could easily have been a loss and Essendon are unravelling as the drugs wear off (allegedly), but Sydney on their turf after they jumped us, after the $900,000 man caught fire, after the umps gave them a free ride....wow. We didn't catch the Swans on an "off night" either. They kept up for three quarters but couldn't do it for 4.

Smart move by Bucks to sub Rambo. I was dubious but we ran all over them in the end.

Pendles and Swan are one of the best midfield double acts in AFL history. Yeah, I said it. Cousins and Judd, Voss and Black, Ablett and Bartel you name em, I'll put these guys up there. Swan dominated the second, Pendles the third.

Ball, JT and Blair were superb and ensured we "outSydney-ed Sydney" around the packs. Caff did a better job on Jack than anyone has all year. Dwyer had a huge impact as the sub. Harry O had more good than bad. Shaw, Sinkers and Marley were great and got the dangerous McGlynn subbed off such was his lack of impact. I'm officially a Sinkers fan now and I think the good is outweighing the bad. Goldy is reliable down back. Maxy was ok. Elliott did the little things and got rewarded for his efforts. Sidey and Beams were typically excellent. Grundy and Lynch battled and negated (at least) a fearsome ruck duo (second week in a row).

Only negatives were Tippett getting a hold of Rambo and Cloke's goal kicking. But who cares?? I'm on cloud 9. The pieces are all falling into place.

Love all that running through the middle of the ground. You could see the change in game plan tonight. The goal that basically went from the backline through the middle of the ground really typified the new emphasis on attacking football.
Take the game on!
You are good enough!!

Great tough win, backed up from last weeks thumper. Great signs there. Just think, if we didnt have that shocker against GCS, we'd be in the top 4 tonight. But on the flipside, was that the wake up call we needed.

I’m sure if he’d had a better attitude, we could have had a good ruck combination and he would have continued at the Pies for a bit longer.

Now who said that? Was it some bloke named Karma?

Fantastic! We're back.Incredibly gutsy effort to fight back after being so down at the start of the game and then to run away with it in the end.Super impressive effort from all the boys.

And one more thing. Are the umpires included in the Swans salary cap adavantage? If they aren't they should be.

Fantastic win. Even better than last weeks & they were great last week.
Williams & Sinkers are shutting down opposition small forward with ridiculous regularity & giving us run from half back. McGlynn was flogged & got subbed off in disgrace. Pendles, Swan & Beams & Ball held sway against a very talented midfield. Sidey again worked his backside off & Keeffe steadied the ship after Browny lowered his colours to COLA Tippett.
Josh Thomas was impressive when he came on as sub last week & showed his thirst for the contest again this week. Loved his game. Dwyer also made an impact as the sub. Terrific win. Amazing what putting pressure on the ball carrier can achieve.
