I am having real trouble distinguishing between Billy Elliott and JT. Did you see them on the same paddock or are they really the same person?
BTW, how did Heaters headband perform? |
Agree there is definitely similarities between the two. I been at functions where people will come up to Josh for an autograph thinking it's Elliot. Feel for the poor guy. Hopefully with the 1/2 sleeve, that will be in the past, unless Josh gets one too lol _________________ Jacqui © Proud Pies 2003 and beyond |

Outstanding stuff, Warburton Lad.
If I might ask, how did Ben Johnson go? Taking a look 'round the regular Collingwood sites like here and BigFooty, most have him making up the numbers in the reserves in 2013, or sub vest at best.
Also, what are your thoughts on how the Q-Stick performed? _________________ I am vengeance. I am the night. I am MagpieBat. |

Thank Mr Magpie Bat.
The only vest I see Johnno wearing in 2013 is the one I his three-piece suit he wears Grand Final night to the celebrations. Johnno looks in really good nick physically and had a strong hit-out against Seedsman in the simulation.
His capacity to break the lines and deliver piercing left foot passes stood out.
Q-Stick will be a crowd favourite, that's for sure. It was VERY evident in the simulation that he was to lead hard and fast up the centre corridor to the delivery of Swan and this years Brownlow Medallist, Pendles. He did NO ruck work and worked well in tandem with Paine.
Looking forward to the forward troika of Cloke, Paine and Q-Stick putting opposition backs under the kosh. Throw in Goldy and Caff and new boy Oxley as other taller options and we'll go ok.
Hope that answers your queries.. _________________ Firm in the belief that number 17 flag is only months away... |

Hey WL, how'd Kyle Martin train. Could you get any idea if he's being groomed for a midfield role? Thanks mate |

Martin played on Sidey for a time in match simulation. He seemed to go alright. He's a solid looking mid sized midfielder type.
Certainly good depth at the least. _________________ Firm in the belief that number 17 flag is only months away... |

If the Q stick isn't doing any ruck work, what's the chances of Witts playing as 3rd tall instead of Paine, doing the back up ruck work? _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Not so sure about Witts instead of Paine.
The forward line might look like this if that were the case:
Fasolo. Cloke. Sidebottom
Witts. Q-Stick. Krakouer

That's a nice piece of writing Lad and very informative. I am getting a bit worried about your interest in Seedsman's legs though. Last week it was his wax job and today the size of his thighs. Keep up the good work Mr Lad. _________________ After the epic draw comes the decisive knockout!

Thank you Mr Appleby.
I think another was into Seedsmans waxing last week. The Lad was only interested in the circumference of the boys thighs relative to last year. Greater size equates to greater kicking power.
Another training today. If the old back permits I will be off to see our boys start their stuff and pen a report for the fans.
