^^^That aint the star spangled banner.

It (SSB) can't be sung well, it's atonal.
This is the most tolerable version I've heard.

I know it's not the SSB, but my point is, aslong as it's sung as good as that, then we will be fine :p

My Nominations:
Adelaide - "The Pride of South Australia"
Brisbane Lions - "The Pride of Brisbane Town"
Carlton - "We are the Navy Blues"
Collingwood - "Good Old Collingwood Forever"
Essendon - "See the Bombers Fly Up"
Fremantle - "Freo Way To Go"
Geelong - "We Are Geelong"
Gold Coast - "We Are the Suns of the Gold Coast Sky"
Greater Western Sydney - "There's A Big Big Sound"
Hawthorn - "The Mighty Fighting Hawks"
Melbourne - "It's a Grand Old Flag"
North Melbourne - "Join in the Chorus"
Port Adelaide - "Power to Win"
Richmond - "We're from Tiger Land"
St Kilda - "When the Saints Go Marching In"
Sydney - "The Red and the White"
West Coast - "We're Flying High"
Western Bulldogs - "Sons of the West"

Does that make it any clearer AFL?

Don't try to make our game more American for crying out loud. Leave it alone!

Club songs are a part of a tradition, getting rid of them at the start of matches is another tradition that would unfortunately disappear if the AFL got their way.

A drop in crowd numbers have nothing to do with a lack of excitement.

2011: No live telecasts except ANZAC Day or games televised on Foxtel + sold out finals.

2012: All games televised live.

The Etihad Stadium guy probably hasn't seen a game live, the schmuck.

Agree with all the other posters. You just cannot beat Good old Collingwood for ever. it is the song my children were born to and the song we played at my husband's father's funeral.
Don't ever want the team running out to anything else.

Seriously, of all the crass, offensive, absurd suggestions I've heard, this takes the cake. Let us hope that it is either an early April Fool's prank or simply the work of some irrelevant person with too much time on their hands.

Amen, Jezza.

Well... maybe just the one change:

Carltank - "We are the Navy Scum, we are the old dark cheating scum..."
