on tv right now is an interesting doco about the lives of afl senior coaches. spindog and a few others would do well to watch it to validate their own thinking on what senior coaches get up to and concern themselves with.

Brilliant , and really really interesting

Really really enjoying seeing how all the different coaches cope with everything.

And we are only really seeing the watered down finished piece

Imagine what was left on the cutting room floor

Yes great stuff , shows their human side. And no doubt we will get some commentary from the "perceptive fellow" about how it confirms that Bucks can't coach

I've recently developed an appreciation for Ross Lyon. Clear and unapologetic in his motives and his methods.

Fantastic show. It was fascinating to have the previous generation of coaches give their take on it all and compare it to the modern day coach. Honestly, I don't know why anyone would take on the job. The demands are just huge. Especially don't know how they do it with young families.

Jett Buckley looks like he can handle a football very well for his age!!

I can think of 3-4-5-600,000 reasons why they'd take it on, but I think it's more about personal challenges.
