Will you Boo Travis Cloke?

Not a silly thread at all this one Dave. He WILL get booed. Even if he stays, he deserves to get booed for the way this has been dragged out. He certainly won't stay though, based on today's club statement. The Footy Show will spend half of its show talking about this latest and most significant development of the Cloke saga on Thursday night...looking forward to it already. I've seen David Cloke and his other sons many a time watching Travis (not Collingwood) from Level 2 on the Southern Stand. They would want to have thick skins because from this week onwards, the hostility directed towards Travis from Collingwood supporters will be intense. Regardless of what he has done up until now, he is no longer a COLLINGWOOD person in my eyes. The people on this forum are more Collingwood than Travis/David Cloke and I don't give a shit about the fact that we haven't played for the club before. We PAY to be part of Collingwood. The club PAYS players to perform in the black and white. I say that not to disrespect our players...more to disrespect mercenaries like the Cloke's. The Collingwood players I respect most, are the ones that I see in the stands watching long after they've retired...and not necessarily just their son's either. Travis will now feel real resentment from many, if not most of the players...apart from the Beaks of course. Bucks will be livid, but along with Eddie and the hierachy, will hopefully see this as an opportunity to enforce the "if you're not with us, you're against us" mantra. Our soon-to-be-departing Number 32 is an immature moron who will be disliked by most Colingwood people for the rest of his life. Fck you Travis Cloke.

If he goes, then I'll always try to remember him as a Collingwood premiership player, even if I have to stomach seeing him tear it up for another club like Freo or Melbourne.

But if he goes to Carlton, then screw the 2010 premiership, he'll get 100 decibels from me...

To boo him is going too far, but as a supporter who is dissappointed with how this is all panning out I would want to express my disapproval by giving him the evil stare from Level 4 of the Olympic stand. I may also not clap and cheer when he kicks a goal, but he hasn't been kicking many lately so that may not be a problem. He will feel these vibes from me and it will change him for the better.
