Trying to exercise on waking up. By crikey it's hard after being a night owl for so many years |

Similar. I wake up after 6 hours regardless of when I go to bed. On weekends I can drag it out to 8 by dozing but I don't get up well before the sun. I struggle. Once the sun is up I'm right to go, so winter sucks.
If I stay up late I normally start turning into a pumpkin about 2-3am but when I went to Vegas the first day plus travel I was awake for about 36 hours with no stimulants before I crashed. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

I would be a morning person if I could ever manage to get up on time. _________________ All watched over by machines of loving grace |

6am sleep and Midday wake up is my natural rhythm when I have no reason to wake up or go to bed early. I'm one of those artsy types with no discipline though. Wish I could be content with the daily grind but I'm a dreamer more than a doer. |

Walking for exercise doesn't work. I walked several KM each day in Vegas and gained 3kg. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

I can quite easily be in bed for 12 hours.
For me sleeping and dreaming are one of life's pleasures.

I'm the bastard!
Usually I hit the gym early, I have far more energy in the morning.
I've pushed it 5 days straight, so maybe power Pilates or a bike ride tomorrow for a rest. _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either!

Good idea. Always best to lose the 5kg in Bali before you go through customs and the sniffer dogs.... _________________ Two more flags before I die! |

Beer is poor in 45 degree heat unless it's in a small glass or you drink real quick. Frozen margaritas on the other hand............ _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |
