I'd give anything to try one of them.

Andrea, Sharon or Caroline... but not Jim.

SIBA Wales and West Champion Ale 2014 / CAMRA West Midlands Champion Porter 2014 / North Cotswold CAMRA Ale of The Festival 2014

Strong, dark treacle coloured porter, with Bramling Cross hops and a malty finish. An ale that harks back to 18th century London. Descended from brown beer, porter is a well hopped beer made from dark roasted malt. The name came about as a result of its popularity with street and river porters.

CAMRA = The Campaign for Real Ale, which supports the traditional brewers here: http://www.camra.org.uk/

Now that's a social cause I can support without trying = #EasiestWinWinEver Very Happy

There are words that I look for when buying "imported" beers these days. These are on cartons I avoid.

"brewed and bottled under license" by an Australian brewer.

Had a good chat with Kevin Black of Blackies Brewery this arvo:

The brewery is due to open shortly; can't wait to try his stouts, especially a favourite of mine: ginger stout! Very Happy
