7pm is the time that the first pick will go off, although the application for the draft should be available to open about 15 minutes before hand.

Try refreshing the page should give you the option to open draft app. |

Nah, working for me through Firefox, try logging out and then logging back in, if that doesn't work open through IE. |

Lecras yes, in the 100's, 130 or something like that, obviously an auto pick for someone who didn't attend the draft.
