A short report on training

INJURES
Chipper jogged about 5 laps and then sat down
Jason Cloke laps and short sprints.He is a very big boy
for his age.
*Nick Davis Handball exersizes all session,seems to be
limping,small bandage on knee.


STAND OUTS FOR MY FIRST TRAINING SESSION
*Ryan Lonie looked the goods with his left footers,
*Jason Cloke is very well biult for his age,but didnt see
handle the footys.
*The drug squad were there and seem to testing the younger
players including Jason Cloke

ok well u want my report on Dees training ---> Bloody impressive as usual. Came out trained for at least 2 hours in the 35 degrees heat. Ran plenty of laps, did stretches, pushups, lots of ballskills, that thing where they go ramming into each other with them bags, tackling etc etc everything even in this heat. Then after that, swimming. Watch out Pies i think.
