Today i'm putting 2 chooks in the Weber. Got them from our local gourmet butcher I only just found a few weeks ago. Nice big free range birds, one is their 'Jamie Oliver' stuffed chook (Garlic, lemon & herbs), the other a 2kg monster.
Mums bringing a salad to go with the coleslaw & summer salad Kelly (roast pumpkin, cashews, pearl cous cous and rocket) whipped up.

mmmm mmmm Smile

Decided to cook the easter bunny for Easter Sunday dinner.

Braised rabbit with mushrooms ragout, with fettuccine. Coniglio Fungo fettuccine. Also got a pea and ham soup on simmering.

Only problem is, I feel shithouse.

Confused

Lazy and Healthy day - swamp juice to start - Hawaiian spirulina powder, maca, cacao, hemp, green matcha tea, not allowed to import bee pollen anymore, bugger, and the Aussie stuff is bitter.

Lunch whipped up some soup, celery, 2 leeks, a whole cauliflower, paprika and garlic, blended when cooked, add some chilli flakes and pink salt, delish, had 3 cups of it!

Hubby cooked meat sauce and spaghetti for tea, but I'm having an egg and charred avocado and some salad with home made dressing. Developed a head cold yesterday, and sciatica is playing up, gunna jump in the sauna and bliss out, god I loathe winter!

Last night: porterhouse steak, mashed spuds, steamed brocci & cauli, ratatouille (zucchini, onion, mushies, tomatoes, capsicum & basil) all the veg were small portions as it was just for me - hungry after the ride & back to Windy Hill.

Tonight: youngest making stir-fry with chicken, carrot, Chinese greens, zucchini, mushies, broccoli & other stuff with noodles.

Having a t bone tonight with similar. mashed spuds and some steamed veges.

Picked up a nice t bone yesterday, nice and thick and a massive eye fillet piece.

Picked up some Guinness sauce that I'm looking forward to trying on the steak. Very Happy
