That might be better!

Tooth is all good this morning, about to hit the gym!

Can't wait for the footy!!

Though if we play like last week, I may hit the gym in anger afterwards!

Not sure but I think we may have crossed back to the Brazilian thread with the "no hairy mess" caption!

See, things taste better without hair! Very Happy

Ha, I thought of that analogy too. Great minds think alike... Shocked

I'll stick with the hot water, thanks. Wink

Why do "The Women's Weekly" recipes taste so good. Use them a lot.

Made a vat of Minestrone (no meat) that was delicious - gone in 2 days.

Cannellini beans for protein amongst lots of veges.

Home cut and crumbed chicken breast pieces, cooked in a smidgen of coconut oil, brown rice, steamed veggies, and home made salsa, with a touch of chilli, bloody beautiful.

I have discovered the simple pleasures of $2 Coles powdered minestrone in a cup. That's fortunate, because it's about all I can afford at the moment!

Bought a smoker box today and a rib rack.

Tried it out tonight with beef ribs on the BBQ, hood down and smoker box over the heat.

Damn, tasty. Put some corn on the cob in the rack as well, soaked in butter. The smoke flavour went right through them too.
