Since he started in AFL, how has 'the game' changed as he sees it.
Are the changes all good?
Is the game better and more satisfying to play?
Will the players of today have longer careers than in the past, or will it be the opposite? (Is the rugby-like intensity likely to shorten a players football life, or will the improvemed injury management actually lenghten their career?)

Who would he like to trade places with for a day? ie. who would he like to be for a day?
Of the opponents he has played on, who has been the biggest sledger

Ok, I've got some more:
What is his favourite football memory (so far)?
What does he consider to be his best game (so far)? |

Why do teams struggle on road trips? Even good teams against lower placed or less fancied opposition?
Is anything being done about it?
How does Collingwood prepare itself for a road trip? |

I would ask, but the amount of time the Eddie interview is taking to get up he may no longer be playing football when this one gets posted |

More questions for my Nath:
Is there a team you most like playing against? (eg. Adelaide - you always excel against them!)
I have seen you at the cricket and the tennis (Aus Open) and I have heard you also like to play golf, as well as the fact that apparently you were an excellent junior tennis player, so it seems you are interested in many sports. If you didn't play football could you have seen yourself playing at an elite level in any other sport, such as tennis? And what is your golf handicap? _________________ "I'm sure people see me as a screaming redhead with a big pair of boobs, but I like to think I've got things to say." A couple of questions -
How long does he see himself playing for? What would be most likely to cause his to retirement - injury/form or his own decision?
Who would be the most likely from the current squad to replace him as captain upon his retirement?
Sorry guys, not trying to finish him already, just keen to hear his views on these two important issues. |
