These players wont play Sunday as they played in the Williamstown practice match today.

Richo, Shackleton, Mullins, C.Cloke, Walker, Nixon, Holland, King & Johnson.

Dont know if any others were out there today.

I did this preview on LSD so I'll post it here too:

Collingwood Vs Hawthorn, Telstra Dome

The last time the Pies played the Hawks in round 19 of last season there was a bitter taste left in the mouths of our supporters. We were on the verge of our first finals campain since 94 and just needed one win to ensure a top four spot, while the Hawks were playing for their season. Not only did we go down in disappointing fashion but some of the antics from Hawthorn skipper Shane Crawford will also be remembered.

The eight point loss brought little hope to the supporters except for the impressive performances of two of our young guns Alan Didak with five goals, and Mark McGough who racked up 24 possesions.

This time we face the Hawks in the quarter finals of the 2003 Wizard cup, and while many people wont be too fussed by the outcome it would be a nice one to win. For the Hawks Luke Hodge will miss through suspension while Holland and Crawford will most likely also sit it out with injuries. The Pies will go into the match without three regular seniors again in Licuria, Freeborn and Johnson, but look to give a run to youngsters Dane Swan who impressed at Willi last year, and our number 1 recruit from 2002 in Richard Cole.

Hawthorns Forwards Vs Our defence:
Collingwoods defence is at near full strength, with only Johnson missing from our best line up. You would expect the usual solid performance that we are now accustomed too in defence but while Hawthorns forward line doesn’t look too menacing on paper, for some reason players like Kris Barlow and Ben Dixon seem to like having days out on us, and the inclusion of Kingsly Hunter who looked dangerous up forward last week will give us a work out. If nothing more the Hawthorn forward line should give our defenders a better test than Carltons did last week, and Carlton nearly kicked 100 points. Could be an area we have to watch.

Hawthorn midfield against ours:
With the loss of there two key midfielders Crawford and Hodge, and Vanderburg also not named, the Hawthorn midfield looks very thin indeed. However you would expect new Hawthorn recruit Peter Everitt to give his midfielders first use most times against McKee so as usual Buckley, Burns and co will have there work cut out. Hopefully we concede less centre clearances than we did against Carlton last week (19 from memory) and see plenty more 9 pointers set up from our run. An area that we definitely should take the points in.

Our forwards Vs Hawthron defence:
On our day our forwards will beat any defence that is thrown at us, and on paper is potentially the most dangerous forwad line in the comp, but unfortunately at the moment that word potential is still there. Tarrant got his hands on the ball enough last week but forgot to bring his kicking shoes, while the other two big men Fraser and Rocca were good but should step up another notch this week. The signs from Molloy were very good as he got back to his barging best, and he will gradually see more ground time from him as he prepares for the season proper. Small forwards Didak and Leon could be accompanied by Holland this week and all I can say is expect the unexcpected.

Prediction: Pies will step up slightly from last week and should have a comfortable win over the Hawks. The big difference is the midfield and you would expect us to run over the Hawks at the end of the day, and the fact that they are going to rest Holland suggests they aren’t exactly going all out to win anyway. As always I’m looking forward to seeing Didak play along with new recruits Woewodin and Williams who will be looking too improve, and I think our forwards should have a day out with plenty of delivery.

BOG: Didak hopefully
WINNER: Pies by 45
