joffa,the winners circle was great,i thought the atmosphere in the winners circle was excellent,thanks for organising the winners circle joffa,and hopefully i shall c in amongst the winners circle next sunday against the dawks..

It was wild last night the winners circle has become a great tradition and it will now be around forever..and if we are harrassed by the coppers like we were last night for simply having some good clean after match fun we will make our protest loud and very strong....i know the cops have a job to do and they do it well...

If we cant get together after a game and cheer and celebrate like we do in the winners circle they can stick there football right up there arse!!

If we have to go to the AFL or telstra dome ground management we will.

The coppers seem to work on the same principal as the AFL Melee rule....lol Any more than 5 or 6 people together and they intrude even though nothing bad is happening. Real Pity

The Winners Circle was great.
Unfortunately Security had obviously been told to clear the Stadium as soon as possible.
We had to make our way around to the opposite end to get to our car in the basement car park and we must have been asked to please clear the area about 4 times on the way!
Hopefully it will be different when the season proper gets underway.

ahh it was beautiful stuff! this is a seriously great tradition we've created. think about it...it's only pre-season...how good will the atmosphere be during the real stuff?

i agree with what everyone had to say,the pigs do have a job to do,cant they see what we are just a bunch of magpies supportors celebrating a pies victory,and there was no harm to anyone at all,see you all at the locker room bar sunday for the speech,if the speech is there,is it at the locker oom sunday night joffa??..

I agree JLC. It absolutely rocks, and is one of the best parts of going to the footy. Can't wait til next week already. Security are just on a huge power trip. Were not doing anything wrong at all in winners cirlce so they have no leg to stand on. Screw them next week.

maybe it was just me!

Its a mad feeling when you sing the song along side fellow pies supporters!

My mate who came to the game with me (an essendon supporter) said we have the best CS and the best atmosphere. I even caught him singin a verse of Good Old!

Props to Joffa and the CS and all the Pies supporters. The circle rocks! See you there next time!

Actually, now that you mention it, the staff did seem eager to clear the stadium. No doubt cost cutting was at the root of that.

Could not believe the police stepped in and killed the circle. It was a misuse of power if I have ever seen it. What exactly were we doing wrong?

Rule 3. There is no rule 3.
