Hi Punters, Race 7 at Caufield today (22/02/03) #1 Gold Lottey. This is a very open race and despite it's top weight comes in very nicely. It's the horses 2nd run from a spell and has won twice 2nd up before. The distance suits and has won twice from 4 starts over the distance. Drawn well in barrier 6 and has S King as the jockey. It's 15-1 in the paper, but with sting taken out of the ground from the fantastic rain I expect these odds to shorten. Good each way chance.
Friend in Adelaide phoned me and told me race 8 #8 Classy Looker is a great chance first up from a spell at big odds each way.
So much for that it's scratched
Sorry they are late in the day as far as punting goes, but all good things come to those who wait.
As I always say it's a gamble and it is tottally up to you what you want to do.
