the B sample is not important anymore because Warne has admitted to taking the diuretic, so the B sample is not needed to confirm the drug use.

The question is, did Warney take the drug (when he found out they would be tested on Jan 20) to mask steroids, or did he really take it to get rid of fluid around his shoulder (which wouldn't have been the preferred drug anyway). I'm not going to speculate on this, but he was clean on December 7 or 2nd or when ever they were tested in early december (according to the papers). But that was before his injury.

One interesting thing is he has been charged with an illegal drug process or something like that, not with illegal drug taking. The minimum penalty for that is two years, not three months. So if he goes, he really really goes! BTW - heared that on JJJ news, so it may not the be most reliable news going round, but if it's true it's interesting.
