Did anyone read the front page of The Age on Saturday.
It had an article on John (I'll sign an affidavit) Elliot.
The guts of the article was that he was pi**ed at lunch on Friday telling everyone how he intended to write a book and reveal all about the goings on at the Filth at Board level.

The article then went on to say that Elliot felt the REAL trouble was not that the Filth had cheated the salary cap for years, but that two traiters, in Silvani and Braddley, had owned up to it to the AFL and if they had kept their mouths shut the penalty would have been far less.
In effect he felt it was OK to cheat, just don't get caught.
This is the (ex)President of the Club a man who has been charged and is being charged for company offences (relax Mods - all on the public record).
What an absolute disgrace.

I think it is absolutely appalling.

And I remember talk, not that long ago, of him even running for PM. Argh!

Won't be long and he will be booking a one way ticket out of the country.

What I fail to understand is how anyone can do that to the club that you supposedly 'love' and that creature would be one you swear would bleed navy blue.

I find it interesting that SOS fessed up when he was on Collo's ticket to get on the board.

it just shows how silly Elliott is. He has been calling Essendon cheats for years since they broke the salary cap and the whole time he's been doing the same thing.
