Blues Officially Charged With Breaches of Cap

I have a problem with this supposed 'indemnity' for Silvagni and Bradley....I believe that is guilty of slary cap offences, the player is not allowed to sit on a club board for X years..these guys 'crimes'were just about to be 'discovered'. How the hell is their coming 'clean' at this point leave them deserving of indemnity?

Consider...person engaging in illegal activity for years, relevant 'police' just about to break down said persons front door to make an arrest, but said person opens the door, says 'I did it' and expects to get off scott free? If that's fair and just, I'm a banana!

Well, thinking of the way the AFL dishes out 'justice' at the tribunal, this somehow does not suprise me!

Gotta say none of Elliott's doings suprise me, as I've mentioned before in other posts on other boards, my opinion of his business ethics is on a par with my opinion of Carlscum...not too great!

As for investigating all other clubs, we should be OK, firstly, one of Eddies axioms when he took over was we'd do things by the book, and before Ed took over, we probably had no cash for illicit payments!
