with Molloy sitting so much of 2002 out, I reakon he pretty much becomes virtually a new recruit for a much better, stronger and intelligent 2003 COllingwood side,if he stays fully fit during season 2003, then I reakon he will prove to be the best recruit we have ever had!!

Too true NP, always thought Burnsy was a 'recruit' this season past, as we got very little from him due to injuries in season 2001.

Molloy moves into a very high money bracket this year my friends tell me because his contract was backloaded so he better perform to his maximum this year for us to extract full value otherwise he might be trade fodder. He must also improve his kicking. In the final against Port, he had done stuff all, came on at a critical stage, had one kick and didn't even make the distance and it went terribly offskew. This could have been costly and was unforgiveable in such an experienced, well paid player. Then in the Grand Final he has one kick which is embarrassing. He obviously was nowhere near fit and should have done the honourable thing and told the club that he couldn't perform so they could have played McGough or Brodie Holland. After all we were already carrying other injured players by necessity. So Jarrod must pick up his game and avoid these niggling injuries. He must also improve his kicking. He was second in the best and fairest the year before but that was as farcical as some of our other best and fairest placings under Malthouse. Call me harsh. I am just into reality.

Molloy will take alot of pressure off tazza.....my prediction is that tarrant will explode next year with Molloy and Rocca doing all the heavy work clearing packs...Tarrant to kick 70+ goals
