I NEED SOME HELP I AM TRING TO FIND OUT ABOUT A MAGPIES JIM BEAM DECANTER MADE IN 1978 I HAVE A PICTURE OF IT AND WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT IT AND WHAT IT IS WORTH AS IT HAS BEEN OFFERED TO ME . I HAVE NEAVER SEEN ONE BEFORE. �

I remember these.
There was a series of white Porcelin decanters with birds painted on them. I think they came out in 1975 - 1976.
I think there was five in the series.
The magpie one was nothing to do with Collingwood, it just happened to a bird in series.
I recall at the time they were about $30 each (in those days I was a huge JB drinker).
A mate of mine in Queensland has two, neither of them the magpie.
