Abi, you took too long to say it but I agree with you totally.
Nick Davis has played some great games for us, he put in and he deserves credit for that. He had a poor Grand Final but so did one or 2 others. Let's not forget, he didn't have all that much game time and HE TOOK THE LAST MARK AND HAD THE LAST KICK OF THE GRAND FINAL. There's no evidence he deliberately dudded us. Perhaps the club could've shown a bit more flexibility after he didn't show up for a meeting with Balmey. Maybe his advisor was to blame.
And another thing; irrelevant I know but I'll throw it in anyway.
Nick Davis's father Craig was one of our best players in the Hafey years. Nick will be better! The only thing I'm upset about with Nick Davis is that he won't be playing for us.
