The AFL fantasy game "Ultimate Footy" just opened for registration for the 2010 season.
For those unfamiliar with Ultimate Footy, it is a similar game to a dream team or supercoach competition, but with some distinct differences.
A few features;
* Live Draft, each listed AFL player can only "play" for one league team.
* Internal trading system. Sign free agents, delist players, and trade within the league.
* 16 teams maximum per league.
* Category or Points Based scoring system. Points based is similar to DT or SC, while Category based is unique, in that you are competing to beat your opponent/league in specific categories.
* Head to Head or Rotisserie (points ladder) based ladder system.

Because of the make up of this game, it really does take 16 people willing to be involved over the whole season (or at least until the finals, last 4 rounds).
I am the league "commissioner" again, and I have created a league and have advertised on BigFooty for this also.
Collingwood supporters only at the moment.
The best live draft time available was Thursday 25th March, 8pm, which is the night of the opening game of the year. Note you don't have to be online for the draft, you can pre rank all the players available, and then the CPU will just choose the next best remaining player each time your draft pick comes up.
Anyway, check the site out, see what you think, we still have a while (4 weeks) until the draft has to take place.

Thanks, joined that one, seen it was "Points Based", which is similar to DT or SC.
My league has the other scoring system "Category Based", so if anyone wants to try out the other system, join my league.

We have 14 teams now, I've deleted the password and league code as I don't want the draft to be delayed if someone joins late.
Draft is tomorrow night, 8PM, AEDT, the draft application will open about 15 minutes before hand.
