Do we want the support of other Victorian Clubs in this weeks final ??

I say NO way we dont need it!! You either love us or you hate us. I dont want any wannabe supporters barracking for us this week.

What does everyone else think ??

If the boot was on the other foot I'd rather see any of the interstaters win it before Essendon. I could handle the Demons getting a flag though if we weren't there.

No - I prefer Collingwood being hated. I will never barrack for essenscum, carlscum, horescum & rooscum.I also prefer the underdog status.

We don't get it any other time and we don't need it.
Although you would think they would rather support a team from
Victoria before Adelaide or Port but I doubt it.

It won't happen. People were supporting Brisbane last year, I think because Sheedy urged Victorians on for their support it actually back fired. At the end of the day though it won't make any difference. We can stand on our own feet. If they want to cheer us on they are welcome, the B&W ARMY doesn't need any help.

yes. why not. let them feel for a brief while what we feel. and fill the MCG with devotees, veterans and overnighters. i remember what the MCG was like at the 1992 World Cup final when we all barracked for Pakistan against England, the Pakistanis actually did a lap clapping the crowd for their support and imran thanked us from the mike. make the G a seething roaring magpie crowd.

If people want to finally acknowledge who the best team in the AFL is, after years of denial, then let them. Maybe it will convert a few out of the darkness and into the Magpie Light. It will help with their therapy sessions anyhow.
