In todays Telegraph,the following is stated.
The top 4 are as they were after rounf 14 and as they were at the final home and away.Proves that the top 4 teams are deserved to be there.
latest betting has Bris at $1;25 to win flag,followe by PIES at $5:00,then Crows at $5:50 and Port at $6:25.
Can I have some money on that.I already have $250:00 from the start of the season,so I may get in on the act.

Brisbane $1.25 to win the flag.

You've gotta be kidding. That is an INSANE price. Anyone who takes 4/1 ON about Brisbane is a complete and utter MUG.

And, as any smart punter knows, when the favourite is ridiculously short, it creates value among the rest.

This is what a SMART punter would do at those odds:

$200 on Collingwood @ $5.00
$180 on Adelaide @ $5.50
$170 on Port @ $6.25

Total outlay $550

If Collinwood wins flag, return=$1,000 ... profit $450
If Adelaide wins flag, return=$990 ... profit $440
If Port wins flag, return=$1,062.50 ... profit $512.50

All you need to do is wait for the Lions to go arse-up and then get in the queue. And Port WILL most probably beat them this week. And if that doesn't happen, I'm sure Collingwood or the Crows will knock 'em off in the big one.
