Yesterday at Collingwood Training - SHARP!!!

Went and checked out the Pies train on Wednesday (11/09/02) and they looked sharp. Buckley shows no signs of a hammy whatsoever, going at it full steam. Interesting to note Cameron Cloke and Tony Shaw's boy (I think) having a kick with Neon. Every little detail is practised (e.g. the backman practise how to spoil with a weird bungee mechanism, and how to kick along the boundary for touch with the help of Gavin Brown). Didak's skills stood out big time. Fraser looked a bit down. Towards the end of training Johnson and Adkins were singled out and being talked to by some of the coaching staff - perhaps depending on our oponent, Adkins may replace Johnson. Finally, the players (particularly Buckley due to obvious demand) hung around the race for quite some time after training to pose for photos and sign autographs - great to see!!!

bucks looked fully fit and raring to go from a mate who was there. quite intense, even for buck's lofty standards apparently and its still over a week til game time. even if we lose, bucks will play a blinder.
