When Collingwood used to play at Victoria Park, I recall hearing a 2nd verse to our club song as the team ran out: "There's no team we'd rather see winning, and there's no team that likes winning more. When it's all said and done, and the Premiership's won, it's Collingwood for everyone!" or something like that. My friend has no idea what I'm talking about. Can anyone shed some light and back me up here?

"...Daicos, this is where
he's at his best -- The
Master! That is all it
takes!"

When the ranald macdonald regime took over at victoria park they wanted to change everything including our club song apparantly they blamed our tradition with the clubs failures.

They got mike brady to sing his version of good old collingwood for ever......i have a copy but refuse to play it, tradition especially collingwood tradition is very close to my heart.
There is nothing wrong with tradition
TRADITION is like a soul you have to have it, i disliked the macdonald regime.

The traditonal rendition of good old collingwood for ever is beautiful and makes me feel warm and excited.

People on the count of three...ONE...TWO...THREE..One day in september we want to remember there isnt any doubting we'll be in there shouting ( you beauty ) Collingwood's such a part of this old town and we know they wont let us down !! GO YOU SEPTEMBER MAGPIES...You thucking beauty !!!.............................http://www.mp3.com/joffa
