hear is collingwoods run home which ive just heard on channel ten and also Tripple M:

We will play Port adelaide on Friday Night at Ammi stadium, 7:10

if we win that game we will go straight to the preliminary final which will be played in melbourne at the MCG! it could possibly be against Adelaide, Brisbane, Essendon or Westcoast

if we lose to port on friday night we will play the winner of Essendon VS Westcoast at the MCG or mabye colonial if we play Westcoast!

If we win that game against essendon against Westcoast we will go into a preliminary final which is most likley to be played at the MCG

and you know what happens if we win the pre-lim

nup, that all sounds about right clokey. its unlikely but i'm desparate for the budgies to get over the dons this week. a semi Vs the eagles is much easier as they would have travelled perth-canberra-perth-melbourne-perth-melbourne in the space of 2 and a half weeks. still, a win over port gets us past all that in one swoop and a prelim with a much needed week off.

Can some one tell me something....We have a final 8....weel why not have the illiminations straight off in week one,instead of waiting til next week.We could then get rid of Ess and also 'D' and have a bit of breathing room before we beat Port and WCE/Kangs.
It dont make sense to be with week one.
Sorry,but why have a top 8?????

Basically the top 4 of 8 are rewarded for their efforts by having at least 2 finals. Each game for the bottom 4 of 8 is an elimination final. So if they are to win the GF they must win 4 games straight. Therefore 2 teams are elimated each week until the last day in Sept. Comprende?

Essendon Collingwood in week 2 will be huge.
Ok i aint righting us off against port just saying the odds suggest we will loose (i am praying we win) Essendon would have to beat the Cant travel Coast.

Would be the first essendon collingwood final since 1990

If we play essendon and i hope we don't and play the coasters, then COLLINGWOOD V essendon at the mcg the crowd will be 93,000 at least.
