Was good to chill out at The Paddock today.
Folks we're lookin pretty hot. Harry trained the Paddock down. The 2009 Brownlow medalist Josh was on fire, a young magpie in orange boots was all class. Corrie very impressive. The Bloke from North i like, Dids and Heater will have big ones. Im feelin pretty relaxed from todays session, No problemo's from this end of the woods pardon the pun

Me and Johnny worked together last night Stui ,he's goin great guns, He took the arm off on the way to training as it was giving him the shits.

Wasnt Cloke in the orange boots was it Joff?He was sporting a pair at a few training sessions in 08.
Went down,didnt stay long as it was just the same as every other week,everyone looking good and moving freely,etc,nothing new to see or report.
Rusling and Rocca were working together over on the oval the Victory train on though,I assume working on their modified programs.
