ur right frankie, all those who do care will congregate, but its time the fighting and backstabbing etc stopped in the cheersquad, time for some genuine niceness, its not hard to say hello to someone or give a smile. lets put our differences aside and achieve something because currently we have the worst cheersquad (in terms of passion and atmosphere) in Australia which is a sad inditement on this great club.

look frankie I am not causing any harm so just relax I in no means aim to hurt or upset anyone! Now listen here, I have never had an issue with you, always been nice to you and thought your a brilliant pies fan. I dont know why you have it in for me but all I have ever wanted is good for the club. We are all equal at Collingwood but unfortunately half the cheersquad have over inflated opinions of themselves and there in lies the problem.
My advice is to get over your bitter sick twistedness and enjoy life and work with people for the greater good, you are a magnificent collingwood person, you have seen a lot more than i have and would know a lot more than i have, you have seen in your days a magnificent passionate cheersquad throughout the seventies and eighties, I know you know what has to be done, so instead of fighting, lets all work together and make something happen!

well thats just your opinion but I already know you have it in for me so I take everything you say with a grain of salt.
obviously I try to avoid immediate ban as my name will cause someone like Frankie to get rid of me straight away, I am not trying to hurt or upset anyone but bring about good change, thats all, and relax you wont see me sitting in the official cheersquad next year anyway,
I dont know why I should be shot down for believing in making things better and having a go, thats the whole point of life.

Frankie I wont be out to make you ban me all I want is healthy discussion. Everything is fine I just want to be friends with you and I have never done anything wrong by you, I may be 19 but I am not stupid in fact I am studying Accountancy at RMIT so dont just dismiss my opinions. I want the footy to be a fun place for all hence my argument is, why do we all fight?

Will might be very well intentioned ... hard worker? he's not the only one...also everyone on this bb is dedicated to the club... and rules are rules as very well you know.

Will definitely contributes well to the Cheer Squad, as do others, of course ~ whether or not that applies to all cheer squad posters, I wouldn't know, and how could I.
IMHO, there are a whole lot of numbers in the Cheer Squad who don't contribute, year after year after year, taking the Cheer Squad for granted, as if membership is a right, not a privelage ~ it's a working group isn't it, something many conveniently ignore, unfortunately!
As for the 3 strikes policy on nick's ..... that's fine I guess ~ as long as there's consistency, accountability & transparency, just like it is elsewhere in the wider community.
