Geelong are a definite finals team

Look guys I'm usually very critical about the games, but this week it was obvious: Geelong were more desperate for the footy and hard at it all day. We weren't far off, just slightly off the ball. That's all it takes in this era of footy- there is very little between teams - every club has has some stars, some very good middle range players, and youth, that has speed and skill. We looked tired in patches and we played well in patches but not for 4 quarters. It is not the end of the world, if we can turn it around this week, no dramas. Geelong have won 6 in a row, they have a hard coach and ARE a genuine finals team. They are sitting higher than essenscum are at the moment. But we are also a genuine finals contender - but we have to string some form together and win next week.

For a start O'Bree needs a run for willy so he can get some quality possesions. McGough could do with a rest. Bring in Adkins, Holland and Molloy (if fit), Steinfort or Lonie and drop Richo and Cole (gave away 3 goals with errant kicks). We need some run in the midfield, as our guys are starting to look tired.

This week is a must win. The tigers won't be easy, Richo (aka the Girl) will have something to prove as will the other players. We must be 'on' for the full 4 quarters.
