I am very sorry Seth. I lost my uncle who was a collingwood supporter but he commited suicide which was very sad. So i know how you feel. My deepest sympathies to you and your family and friends who treasure your mother and shall continue to for eternity! Love alwaze,

Sorry to hear that seth its a sad loss to lose a mum, i always think of my mum when im at the footy she like your mum also couldnt sing for anything, but my dear mum and her dear old tattered brolly were quite a combination..

Seth, hang in there mate i know what your going through and its bloody hard i would trade everything to just have mum sitting next to me for one more game, i bet your mum and my mum are having quite a chinwag right now about there beloved pies.

I lost my mother about this time 12 years ago,its a sad occasion.

Thank you so much everyone. This has meant a hell of a lot for me. And yes I am sure she is up there singing 'the' song (probably not very well) with a large contingent of Collingwood supporters.
One thing I do know is that on Sunday the pies pulled it out for my mum. Even though she was very sick on Sunday all day she only wanted to watch the replay on the TV in her hospital bed which she did.

My condolences, Seth. I have a lot of respect for any of the faithful who sing the sung before the ball is bounced. It's sad to lose one of the passionate.

All I can say is at least your mother dosent have to pay for tickets no more, she has a birds eye view!
She will be watching on the Pies from heaven!

Are you sure your mum didnt help Rocca climb as HI as he did?
