I know that this is not new. Just interesting read. After reading this I decided I will throw out anything in the house that is made in China...Then when I saw Computer, monitor, DVD Player and other items I ceased.

And I am pretty good at avoiding Chinese products...especially produce.

Not everything we buy maybe produced using Slave labor. And it is not just China continuing this abhorrent practice. It is happening here in our country as well.

Appalling.

Yeah, those feet really do take up a lot of space.

Lucky I settled for one without a spear, and with small feet, she makes a mean human soup.

Erm, I mean chicken soup.

The Cutting Edge on SBS exposed a Factory in China that makes Jeans and what pittance the staff received and they are housed in what can only be described as a prison camp. The staff recieved like $1.50 per jean and out of that they are charge rent, food etc. The Jeans are then sold to shops in the UK etc for around $150 pounds. Hard not to buy chinese as everyone else has gone out of buisness as they cannot compete with slave labour even though the Liberals tried to drop our waged down to the same level.
