With India Power in Cricket, the Sport is just about dead then.
Hopefully the Aussies can try and Break Away from the ICC(Indian Cricket Council) to save Cricket _________________ I am Da Man |

Dave Dave Dave, the only people who killed cricket is the ACB.com.au
They don't care too much for 'test cricket'. Nor do they care for the one day series.
It's 20/20 they want. Fast & entertaining for the new generation. You would like to hold someone accountable?!? Then look no further than ACB.com.au |

Geez Benny boy you dont exaggerate much do you?
But it was shocking that India threatened to leave if their player was suspended with a lack of any credible evidence |

DTM, take a look at the realities instead of "what you would like it to be"
Do you think a competition between England, New Zealand and us, year after year would be interesting? Boring boring boring.
Won't happen you say?
Take a look at how the countries align themselves in the ICC.
Do you see why India have so much influence? _________________ The one man in the world, who never believes he is mad, is the madman. |

Like I said DTM, you need to understand how countries vote.
It is two clear blocks
Aus, Eng, NZ V Ind, Pak, WI, SA, Bang, Zim.
If there was a 'break away' as you advocate, we would be in the minority.
I doubt the others would miss us all that much.
The money is on the sub continent and they don't need us _________________ The one man in the world, who never believes he is mad, is the madman. |

your alarmist attitude is quite, well, alarming. payback's a bitch. i think you'll find australia have not been overly friendly or helpful in the past when it came to helping developing nations. they call it karma.
nz is a minnow. england really couldn't hold a piss up in a brewery and the other nations very well know what side their bread is buttered on. _________________ Purveyor of sanctimonious twaddle. |

Jock has an excellent point about our behaviour over the years when playing the developing nations. We didn't play India for years and wouldn't play a test series against Sri Lanka or Zimbabwe until pressured into it.
The fact that they were crap was one reason, the fact that there was no money in it was the other.
Still doesn't condone their behaviour. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |
