What is it with Tattoo’s at the moment? Everyone seems hell bent on getting one. I have never seen so many women who have them now. It’s big business. I don’t mean the little ones here and there. I mean the full on jobs that cost hundreds of dollars. What do you think? What do you think when you see a male or a female with plenty of art work on them? Male it’s ok, female it isn’t? Sure it’s personal choice, but it’s not like a car you can’t trade it in and get another.

I like to look at tattoo's on people. I don't like the aztec type. I have home made tatt's and one professional. (personal)

They suit both male/female depending on your - eye for art.

I don't like those hideous angle "wings" that seem to be going rage.

what is it with male pattern baldness, i've never seen so many bald men. what do you think?

i have tattoos and i'm happy with mine, in fact, I was going to get another for my birthday next week, but can't actually afford it at the moment. Mine cost me hundreds of dollars, and that was a few years ago. Tattoos aren't cheap. mine generally aren't on display, but if they were, i don't actually care what you think.

you actually DID make this about women and tattoos as per your first line.

I am not talking about the hidden ones, I am talking about in your face ones in full view like your neck and that are on full display. This goes for men and women. I am just noticing more women with them now and wondered what's the go?

Why did you get Tats PP? any reason?

I suppose it's a personal choice. Can't say it's something I'll ever do, but some people make them look pretty cool.

The one thing that stops me from ever considering getting something done, is seeing old people with tattoos... they just don't look so great when you're 50 years old...

this is true, I had a couple done about 15 yrs ago which I probably wouldn't get done again but I often forget they're there and when I do notice them they kinda serve as a nostalgic reminder of my artistic adolescence Surprised

Tattoo's are the lowest common denominator in society.
And used by the lowest common denominator.
