| I am yet to find one that has a hard drive and has usb together and does divx, when I do that is the one I will buy. Mind you with everything switching to Blue Ray it may just be a waste of time...lol |

Can't you just get a TV tuner card for your PC and copy FTA TV straight onto the hard drive?

A TV tuner card is all good and well, but useless if you want to record from FOXTEL.

This doesn't have a HDD, but it's pretty close to your required specs.
