Of course it's a trumped up charge. Seriously, every teen and his/her partner took photos and made videos of each other that qualify as producing child pornography. I only recently found mine and threw them out immediately

I'm not saying I know your thinking at all, but you're not exactly defending this poor bugger are you. Waiting for specifics is all well and good, but lets be honest: What are the odds of this mini-celebrity being at the centre of a hardcore pornography ring? None. It's a media circus of the worst and ugliest sort, and the police are trying to get some good publicity out of it. Or just trying to punish him using any means possible. Or something.
Whatever it is, the child pornography thing is almost CERTAINLY not a real crime, and we should be against the police wasting their time and resources attacking some random little sh!t.

I never took photo's or made a video of me bonking when I was 16.
I suspect the charge is a little more serious than the superficial charge many posters think it is.

you really want to know my thoughts? Of course I think it's a trumped up charge..........his parents spent a considerable amount of time at the police station discussing with them punishments.
