Normally my parents brought everything and we got in under the Tree on Christmas Day(Remember Hardly Sleeping Christmas Eve as a Kid).

This Year we are just buying stuff and keeping it straight away and calling it our Christmas Presents. Getting the Collingwood 2007 Season Preview Next Week this way

How do you do it?

Parents get the twin siblings something just before Christmas, nothing fancy a little something cheap. Me and my brother get some money and we get stuff...this year Santa might be a tad busy to come to the Twins 'cause of the moving.

I budget a certain amount for each person.
Then promptly spend double the budget.
Such is the allure of bright shiny things.

I don't do Christmas shopping, I rely on Santa to deliver the goods and just leave out the stubby and some cheese and bikkies for him.

I buy things during the year & put them aside, thus avoiding the madness that is last minute Christmas shopping.

We don't have snoops in this house yet, so I'm relatively safe!

Do it during the year, mostly on line, unless I'm somewhere foreign. As gifts, I prefer people give 'me' http://www.sendacow.org.uk/ or some such....

We go the Cringle routine every year.

Each of us buys for a different family member each year, with a limit of at least $50.
