oooooooooh this is gonna be like a real football club here on this bored coz I'm gonna state my case for life membership.

Did I get any recognition for my 300th post? noooooooooo sireee bob. I thought it was a great milestone and one I'd never thought possible growing up as a yong kid aspiring to one day post on Nicks.

I hope we don't have a 10 year rule like the CFC to gain life membership coz I've only been here 3 years.

Hey Fradam, you can't ask for life membership and call the board a 'bored' all in the same sentence!

We don't recognise or advertise post numbers. It's been the experience of every board that's ever done it, that people suddenly value the quantity of their posts above the quality.

It does wonders for traffic with hundreds of 1 liners contributing to inane topics as the punters struggle to make their fortunes in post numbers (?) - what the hell is that about??

We're not going to do that. Quality above traffic every time.
