No, but I'm with BW Phantom here. If you're presenting yourself that's different to kicking back in the garden. Maybe he took the "green" image a bit too far, don't know. But at least he should've taken care of personal hygene issues rather than, as it appears from the description, arriving straight out of bed wearing yesterdays gardening clothes with no shower. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Not really much point dressing up for that mob is there?
In any case I walk around dande barefoot in my free time, doesn't make me any less qualified to be a teacher (or a politician for that matter... although there are other factors that stand between me and that particular vocation )
Oh, and one more thing. If you think the shirt and tie thing is all BS, then I would have thought you would support a public figure coming out against the grain and undermining the BS social norm? |
Many people were there not just his peer group, and admittedly he was the only politician representative. But not only did he look scruffy he also stank quite badly. Many people there remarked at the fact that they could not believe that this person could represent the People. Seems even amongst this group not all agreed with how he looked.
So maybe I will run for the Greens next Election because if he was the best they could come up with then I would have a big chance at pre selection. _________________ All this may be summed up in one word - CHARACTER - and if that is not worth developing, nothing is.

I always vote for who is going to do best by ME for the next 3 years, selfish I know, but I figure they all promise you the world, and don't deliver, so the one who promises me the best deal gets my vote, and then I wait to see if it happens. I have only ever once been visited by a Federal member, and he visited last election and got in by 112 votes.
State members I have seen a lot, and our local mayor, current and previous visit our strret often. _________________ Kaylene.

If howard gets up, the hissy fit won't come from Costello. Rudd will spontaneously combust and several posters here will simultaneously implode and explode _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Appears the Galaxy poll may be a little tainted.
They have departed from every poll they have done so far by upping the regional percentage of sampling.
Why you would change the way you sample at the last minute is anyones guess. |

Sorry to disappoint stui, but I doubt your comment about posters will come true.

Agree completely. I won't be capping myself if Krudd wins, and you apparently won't if he loses. There might be a couple of others though....... _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |
